APEX® springs are cold wound from the highest quality Chrome-Silicium steel.		WAFIOS FUL 10 CNC spring coilers assure springs of the highest precision.		Experienced operators make sure that APEX® Quality is always within the stringent production tolerances.


All our springs are heat-treated for maximum strength and durability. Bei Bedarf werden die Federenden geschliffen.		Maximum durability is achieved through shot-peening.		If needed, springs receive ground ends.


Springs are pre-set to avoid sagging.		To offer the best corrosion resistance, all APEX® springs receive elaborate phosphate treatment prior to coating.		A bright epoxy coating assures a tough finish that remains shiny for years.


APEX® spring designs are rigorously tested on our durability test machines.		Our Research and Development department uses the latest state-of-art computer controlled test equipment.		Only after the final quality-check APEX® springs are marked with their identification code.
